They are designed to ensure our people work productively without compromising their health and safety. Team members work together to assess and manage risk associated with every task, utilising our \u2018Take Five\u2019 pocketbook system:<\/p><ul><li>Stop &amp; Think<\/li><li>Look for Hazards<\/li><li>Assess the Risk<\/li><li>Make it Safe<\/li><li>Complete the Task<\/li><\/ul><p>Our M1 production management system refers to relevant \u2018Safe Operating Procedures\u2019 and \u2018Safe Work Method\u2019 statements, which are an integral part of any LaserBond project.<\/p><p>Health and safety are key elements within a sustainable business and closely integrated with our engineering, quality and production. This program aims to bring awareness and responsibility closer aligned to the management structure, with key numbers being incorporated at all reporting levels.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Health and safety are agenda items at every Board meeting, and we will provide an overview of our health and safety performance in our Annual Report &amp; Financial Statements. From our Leadership and Management teams we demonstrate a commitment to embed health and safety within our culture, behaviours and actions at every level.
